      Feel free to ask about commissioned pieces! Looking for something else..  or an original has
      been sold that you really like..  Often I can do a similar piece.
        

     Payment Information
     Credit card payments are accepted through Paypal.  Paypal processes your credit card information and
     I never see your information. Shopping online with Paypal is safe & secure.  

     Offline Sales
     Don't want to make an online purchase and prefer to mail a money order or check, please
     contact me at carla@carlabjupiter.com  subject:offline sales with the items you want to
     purchase noted and your contact information.

     Installment Payments  
     Installment payments are accepted for pieces $300 and over.  However, the peice will not be shipped until
     all payments have been made.  I Usually do 50% down and the other 50% no more than 2 weeks later.  
     Please contact me prior to purchase at carla@carlabjupiter.com if you would like to make payment
     arrangements.  

     Shipping and Handling   
     All purchases are shipped within 3 days of the order.  Once your order has been shipped you will receive
     an e-mail with your tracking information.  Please allow 5 - 8 business days for delivery of your order.
     For custom orders please allow an additional 10 -14 business days for the completion of your custom order.  

     Privacy Policy
     As stated above, I do not have access to your credit card information. And I will not share or sell your
     personal information or email addresses with anyone.

     Return Policy
     If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase I will issue a full refund.  I am dedicated to
     producing nothing but quality.  
     Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.
     The original method of payment will be refunded for items returned within 10 days from the date of delivery
     with original receipt. After 10 days, a merchandise credit will be given up to 30 days
     from the date of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from date of delivery.
     Before returning an item, email carla@carlabjupiter.com with  "Returns" in the subject line. Please include:

     full name, phone number , email address, shipping address,
     reason for return or exchange.
     You will receive a validation email.

     If shipped, be sure your return package is insured.
